AFRICA
Africa offers places that are not like anywhere else. From safaris to the great Pyramids, this is a remarkable continent. There are vaccinations that are needed for much of the country, but this is a mild inconvenience with a huge payoff.
Kenya
Masai Mara is the greatest place for a Safari in Kenya. Adjacent to the Serengeti of Tanzania, it has a great variety of animals and birds. Masai Mara offers the great migration which is famous for the wildebeest crossing of the crocodile filled Mara River. Thousands of animals can be seen in this area with a variety of game including lions, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and elephants.
Tanzania
Tanzania offers the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. They are relatively close together and are filled with many of the same animals as Masai Mara.The Ngorongoro Crater is unique because of its high concentration of animals in a relatively small place.
South Africa
South Africa offers many of the same animals, but have a much larger area in Kruger National Park. What is Unique here is the option to go out on your own exploring the area. Although this sounds attractive, the size of the park makes finding game a bit more difficult without a guide. However, when you make a find, you are usually not bombarded by as many vehicles as you would be in East Africa.
Egypt
Not only will you find the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx, but all up and down the Nile River are a wealth of Egyptian sites. Among these areas are Aswan, where you will find Elephantine Island which has ancient temples and courtyards, and Luxor, which has the Valley of the Kings.
Morocco
Morocco is home to exotic Atlantic and Mediterranean beaches. Its culture and architecture are unique, because of the Arab and European influences. It is also home to a wealth of ancient artifacts dating back thousands of years.
